In most today's production environment washers are still the most common method for both degreasing and cleaning parts in the manufacturing process. Trends in environmental regulations favor lower use of both. To compromise more sophisticated water treatment systems are installed to meet the latest standards. Consequential the cleaning cost per part continues to go up.

 

 

Ice Blast cleaning technology is a new Green technology -uses ice crystals made from water, without chemicals - as a blast cleaning media to remove contaminations from parts, either during the manufacturing process or at final cleaning prior to assembly.
